River Top is a custom home tucked away in Talking Rock along Talking Rock Creek , designed as a modern eclectic retreat that brings together comfort, style, and the outdoors. Created in close collaboration with the homeowner, every detail was thoughtfully chosen with both everyday living and future guests in mind.

Designed to sleep up to 14 guests with 3.5 bathrooms, River Top was built to be a place where people can gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The home embraces indoor-outdoor living with incredible outdoor spaces that include a hot tub, hammock nets, outdoor games, multiple lounge areas, and a full outdoor dining space surrounded by nature.

Inside, the home features a hidden game and movie room with a bar, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day outside. A loft with a dedicated desk area offers a comfortable setup for anyone needing to work remotely while enjoying the retreat. The private ADU also includes its own kitchenette, adding flexibility and privacy for guests and extended stays.

Every design decision throughout River Top was made with the user experience in mind, creating a home that feels welcoming, functional, and unforgettable. River Top will soon be available to rent as a one-of-a-kind riverfront getaway.
